Newbie from San Antonio Tx
I'm new to BP and loving the site!! I own a construction company and have been fixing up rentals and flips for investors, owners, hedge funds, and property managers in the San Antonio area for the past 7 years. I really want to start investing in properties in San Antonio myself. I would like to do a couple flips to gain some capital then purchase some to keep as rental properties. Rehabbing is not an issue at all, I just need help in finding the deals and securing financing for the deals. Any info that anyone anyonecan share is greatly appreciated.
