Hello everyone, My name is Dejon Eagle. I was born and raised in New York City. I am a pipefitter/plumber who is eager to learn about real estate. I have basic real estate knowledge from reading the Ultimate Beginner's Guide and other sources from the internet. I will like to start off as a wholesaler, so that I can gain the capital and then purchase residential properties and rent them out to tenants for passive income in the future. If anybody has advice that they want to give me in order to get started, it will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
