Hello, I am new to the charlotte area. I am interested in buy and hold properties as well as redoing homes w/ 203k loans.

I am interested in being a broker for owner financing. However, there is limited information on how to get started in that field. Any help or directions would help. Look forward to connecting with others! Thanks!
