Greetings BP world! 

Brand new to all things real estate, I am studying and reading anything pertaining to REI that I can get my hands on. Real estate is something I've always been interested in, finally taking the needed steps to really get into it! I'd love to connect with others in my area and perhaps form a partnership to do rehabs and eventually acquire some rentals. The Barboursville and Beckley areas are also a possibility for looking for fix and flip properties. Thanks in advance for any advice!

Thank you all for the warm welcome and site tips! I'll try to get back here to explore the blogs soon, the "day job" doesn't leave a lot of hours. Hopefully that will change soon and I can turn more attention to those things I really want to do!
