Hello BiggerPockets!! This is super long overdue. I'm Toby, 26 of age and from Wolfeboro NH, I am very interested into getting into buy and hold real state, All I know about real estate is that I know nothing! and I am super ok with that. we all started somewhere and I want to start on the bottom cause that's how you learn the most ! I am currently looking for Multifamily houses right now, I want to buy one by the end of the year (2015)... scary. so if you have any advise or tips please feel free and I look forward to talking with you all!
