just getting started and looking for help on my first deal. My current focus is to do a few wholesale deals so I can build up some capital. Then focus on single and multi family properties.
My big why is I want to form a foundation that will provide housing job assistance, medical care and education for the homeless. getting them off the streets and back on there feet.
