New and looking to expand.

Greetings everyone, 

I'm new to the community and have already found the site highly useful. I currently own two properties and I am looking to expand into multifamily and apartments complexes. My long term goal is to build a diverse portfolio of domestic and international properties consisting of apartments, condominiums and various commercial properties.

@John Cohen I own a single family home in Memphis, TN that I currently rent out. I also own a multi-room vacation rental/FINCA Colombia.  The FINCA rents year round since it is located in the high tourist city.
