New LLC looking to break into the Fix and Flip Market

Hello,

My wife and I are starting our own Real Estate Investing company here in Centennial, CO (we have already created our LLC). We want to be able to better support our four kids and be able to spend more time with them. Three years ago our oldest daughter (13 at the time) was diagnosed with cancer. I am happy to say that we are now three years into remission. This was a hard time for use not only financially but also with work. Getting time off and being with our other kids was very stressful. Three weeks ago we found out our youngest son has Type 1 Diabetes. Getting into this business will allow us the flexibility to be with our kids and eventually will allow for better financial freedom. We are wanting to rehab in our city of Centennial or nearby as a way to give back for all their support when our kids were sick. We seem to be able to find homes however we not having the cash or funding ready to go costs us ever time on the deal. Any assistance with that would be greatly appreciated.

I look forward to meeting other colleague's here on BP and getting business going.

Thank you Mark Ackley
