Hey everyone! I live in Birmingham, AL and I'm interested in getting started in real estate investing, specifically a buy and hold strategy. I'm currently spending much of my time learning all that I can from the Bigger Pockets forum and podcasts. BP looks like a great resource and I'm excited to be apart of the community!
