Hello All,

  My name is Bryan and I am from Southern California and live in the City of Corona. I am completely new to real estate and currently have a full time job in public government.  My wife and I are trying to take on a new goal of successful real estate investing particularly flipping single family residences.  We want to do this as a second source of income and because we both have a passion for the work that is involved taking on an investment like flipping.  I have been educating myself in the process and have already made some attempts at obtaining properties.  However, it seems in this market you need connections and experience.  At this point I have very little of both.  Looking to further my education and hopefully develop connections to help us in our newest venture.  Look forward to the connections and advice.
