I own and manage 2 single-family rentals, have rehabbed and sold a single family home and participated in a wholesale deal. 

I'm looking to re-learn the market and become a more active investor. Specifically, I'm looking for buy and hold or rehab investors to wholesale deals to. 

I'm learning about brokering mortgage notes and I'd like to network with investors who are interested in using and selling notes.
