Hello all! My name is Kirstan (pronounced KHEAR - stan.) I am 35 years old, and am excited and eager to learn all I can about real estate investment.

I currently live in a 2 unit (farmhouse with "in-law" apartment,) and am looking to invest in another multi-unit that my husband and I will not be inhabiting.
