Hello My name is Frank Mitchell. I started investing in real estate as a licensed real estate agent. I later went on to buy, renovate, and resell a few foreclosures.

I have purchased property to hold and rent. 

I was fortunate to purchased vacant land, acted as general contractor, and developed single family dwelling.

I am renovating a rental property to resale.

Presently, I am in negotiations to purchase another property to renovate.

I enjoy working on projects and hope to continue for a few more years.
