I happened upon this site searching investing ideas. I bought a piece of raw land 2 years ago and since the value has increased substantially. I currently am on the fence on what I should do. Hopefully I will get some ideas from the forums and people in this community. 

The best use would to be used as residential. There are no mobile homes allowed per deed restrictions. It is a 16 tract with about 3.5 acres being part of a 25 acre lake.
