Kannapolis NC newbie
I'm new to the site, from Kannapolis, NC (about 30 miles north of Charlotte). I had several challenges to overcome when I bought my own house but there was always a workaround and it was a huge rush to finally get the key in my hand. I also met a lot of great contacts in the process. I listen to the podcast every day and just love it! I'd like to find a modest local buy/hold to get started (finance with savings and my local bank) and also learn more about note investing with a self directed IRA.
