Tim Walach from Portage, IN
I am a Machinery Technician for the U.S. Coast Guard, I have been on active duty for almost 10 years now. Originally from the Chicago area, so we are glad to be stationed back home! I have a wonderful wife and two awesome boys. We are homeowners but new to REI. I stumbled upon BP while doing some REI homework on YouTube and I've been hooked! I'm up to Pod cast 18 and of course I had to get Rich Dad Poor Dad because the good majority said that was their favorite RE book. Finished it in one day, very inspired by Robert K. My ultimate goal in Real Estate is to be able to go full time and be financially free when retired from the service in 10 years. My plan has yet to be developed but my strategy is to achieve that mainly through buy and hold in Northwest Indiana. Cant wait to learn from the BP family and connect with some local like minded people.
