Hello to all BP members!!! I'm new to this forum and have been following the updates, posts, webinars... I am completely impressed with the amount of information sharing and networking this venue provides. I am fairly new to RE Investing and looking forward to future exchange and collaboration.
I recently retired after 32-years of Federal Government Service and looking to start a new focus in the REI industry.

Experience

I am a former licensed Real Estate Sales person. However only was active for about 2-years. I have a basic knowledge of the real estate process.

Real Estate Goals

I seek to develop a company that will focus on flipping and progressively, buy and hold. The long term investment goal is to create substantive passive income to augment my pension and leave my family a substantial trust.

Currently Seeking

I am seeking to find experienced individuals that can guide me and provide an extra set of eyes to bounce potential projects off, to ensure I'm on the right track.
