Hello my name is Thomas Carney and I am really enthusiastic about acquiring buy and hold or flip properties in the Baltimore metro area. I fell into real estate when my dad passed in March 2015 and his reverse mortgage company tried to take his home.  Long story short after finding rules and laws for beneficiaries on reverse mortgages I bought my dad's home and moved my dad's next door neighbors daughter and her husband.
