New member in the Chico, Oroville, Paradise markets of California

Thrilled to be joining this community! I'm a real estate broker/investor in Butte County, California, working in the Chico, Oroville, Paradise, Magalia, and Orland markets. I'm not aware of an active REIA in this area, though I know there used to be a couple. Anyone out there got one going? I'd love to participate.

I've been working as an agent since 2005 and have several buy and hold rentals around the county, but I'm looking to do more flipping (finishing the rehab on my first one now). I'm looking to connect with investors and wholesalers doing business around here and am very excited by the quantity and quality of articles, podcasts, and videos on BP.
