Hi,

My name is Tia Jones and I am looking to become a RE wholesaler in the DMV area. I've taken a few seminars and have done research on how I should go about this. I am prepared to make mistakes and give it over with so I can get pass the learning curve. :-)  Any advise /info is greatly appreciated.
