New member in NJ!
Hello World!
I am a formal mechanical engineer, turned real estate investor (i know!). I just joined BP after many months of enjoying and listening to the podcasts. I figured i should join and support it since it's been a great source of knowledge and motivation.
Long story short, bought my first property in February 2001, and grew up to 17 multi family rental properties with my brother, all bought and rehabbed to maximize rental value. Left day job as Project Director to dedicate myself full-time to my real estate. I am licensed in 3 states (NJ, NY, PA) and experienced in the full gamma of real estate business (buyer, seller, agency, management, construction, landlord).
Currently have 4 properties, and looking to dedicate my time to buy/rehab/sell(or keep) and build a portfolio in the try-state area that i can leave for my children.
If you have any deals and/or offer private/hard lending in NJ/NY/PA i'm all ears!
