Hey I'm very new to the real estate investing and have been on BP for several months. I know that I want to do buy and hold but I'm quite knowledgeable about all the ins and out of creating my business as far as rental property like for example how to do an analysis on a property or what to look for while doing an analysis on the property. So my first question is knowing the ins and out of of buy and hold and how to analysis those deals. Also I knowwhen the time is right my first property will be house hacking a duplex. I will like to know the ins and out of that process.
