A little about me

Hello All,

My name is Patrick Sullivan. I finished college in 2013 and although my degree was in engineering, I have always had an interest in finding something outside of my field to pursue for my future. I am very new to investing and would like to gather as much information as possible before purchasing my first property. Ideally I would like work my way up to owning a few multifamily rental units. With this in mind, I know I have to start somewhere and I was hoping this would be a great place to learn!!
