Hello, I've worked in the construction industry for several years and I'm an avid do-it-yourselfer. I've always been interested in real estate investment, but I feel like I'm finally getting to the point where I'm ready to dig in. Anybody from the St. Joseph/ Kansas City areas with some helpful hints?
