I am very new to BP. I discovered this site just a few days ago. I am a college student who is majoring in Finance. My graduation date is May of 2017. I am very interested in Real Estate. Renting out home is something with little or no money down seems to interest me the most. I am looking for tips and guidance on how to get into the real estate business and will my age affect me.
