Hi Bigger Pockets!

New member here. I'm based out of Orange County, CA and new to REI.

My background is in Accounting/Finance and I'm interested in adopting a buy and hold strategy to help me build passive income. I'm currently looking at SFRs in the Antelope Valley region, but I'm also interested in out-of-state properties where the cash on cash returns seem more appealing.

I've found some great information here in the BP forums and I recently started listening to the BP podcasts. 

I look forward to networking with other members as I continue my education here on BP.
