Hey everybody, I'm 28 living in NYC. I have always known that real estate is the path I would need to take in order to achieve my financial goals, but am having a hard time pulling the trigger, but I think i'm getting there!
Trying to educate myself enough to gain confidence in the field and avoid paralysis by analysis. Hopefully learning enough on this site gets me there.
I'm unsure of how to figure out renovation costs, how to pick a market/learn about it, and learn/follow trends in the national real estate market in general.
