Hello from Nashville!
Hey everyone, I'm new to the forum, My name is Jeremy and I am a Nashville, TN native. I've just recently started researching and learning more about Real Estate. I'm excited to start this journey in 2016! I'm particularly interested in Land Investments. I grew up on land in Franklin, TN and it's always been my dream to have a low impact sustainable home on a 50-100 acre tract. I feel Real Estate investing could help me achieve this long term goal. I know this going to be hard work and I'm up for it. I'm starting out with a small amount of cash and zero experience. I'd like to learn more about buying cheap land for cash and flipping it. I stumbled upon SuccessPlant.com and I'm currently considering purchasing the educational kit. However I'm a little apprehensive until I learn a bit more. So well see. Right now I'm doing my homework. I work as a draft tech for Lipman & Yazoo Beer, while also running a small business I started up this year in Health & Nutrition. I have a passion for photography which I practice on the side. I few times a year I write music for Film & Advertising, contributing to a few Stock Libraries when I can. My long term goal is to live strictly off passive income from Real Estate while I continue to work and travel with photography. I look forward to making new friends here while continuing my education in Real Estate!
