Hello BP Family,

I am a real estate entrepreneur and landlord in the Houston, TX market. I'm interested in increasing my rental portfolio in single family homes, wholesaling to other investors, and flipping to retail buyers. My long term goal is owning a 50+ unit apartment complex.
