Newbie in PA - greetings!

Hi everyone,

I'm Jacqueline and I've started on my journey towards REI income as of last month. I'm hoping 2016 will be the year I acquire my first rental property and/or a good tax lien certificate. I plan to learn more about RE while looking for a job (just graduated with a web dev certificate). My ultimate goal is to live 100% on RE income.

So glad to see other area investors here! Perhaps a meetup group is in order, if there isn't already one. :)
