Hello Everyone,

I have been interested in real estate since I was in high school and I bought my first house when I was 18. I didn't do much after I married, mainly because my husband did not have the interest in taking some risk, but mainly in managing investments. Since my ex is no longer in the picture I am ready to get back to investing. I have a Bachelors degree in Political Science from St. Martin's University, in Lacey WA and an Associate degree in General Studies from Cochise College, Sierra Vista AZ campus. My two youngest daughters (17, & 23) want to start in real estate investing with me, so I have the start of a good investing team. Even though I have not been active in real estate for many years, I have done what I can to keep up with the field and keep the skills I have developed honed by knowing what the local markets are like and I always keep an eye out for investment property. I am interested in both sides of wholesaling and I am currently working on making a cash buyers list.
