Newbie kinda
Hello my name is Erica and new to BP community. Tried investing a few years ago with no advice or help sort of speak. Overwhelmed to say the least. Long story short, no longer own the investment properties for different reasons. After a much needed break, I'm ready to jump back on the saddle this time wiser. Interested in manufactured home parks for purchase. Does anyone have any insight i.e...pros and cons.
