Hi, my name is Scott.  I am currently a renter looking to house hack my way into real estate investing.  Multi-Family properties seem to perk my interests for long term investing, but wouldn't be opposed to rehabing houses.  I would just need to learn how to do the work, as I don't know much about fixing up properties.  But anyway....I am excited to get started with my first property this new year.
