Hi I’m a newbie

My name is Luke and I think this investment and managing could be the right path for me. Here’s why

I not so recently bought a home in a great neighborhood and we had a hard time selling our old home which we loved but on a busy street so we are renting it, so far so good, great renters. The day I bought my new home my work announced it will be moving to New Jersey in 2.5 years great(I've been there 16yr)! My kind wife said I could go and she would give me  a quick divorce. So were saying here and we like it here. I enjoy home project and I often know just enough to get the jobs done. It’s already saved me money. So while I have a job I would thought I would grab some profitable income properties to help support a long term goals and help with short term income losses.

Any advice is welcome. It seems my life is coming to a crossroad and I would like to be more prepared.

Thanks

Luke
