New to Houston and REI
Greetings,
I just wanted to introduce myself, as I am new to BiggerPockets, Houston, and REI as a whole. I currently work as an environmental consultant writing U.S. Army Corps of Engineer permits for large commercial development, specifically oil and gas pipelines, although that niche has been slightly stunted due our current energy crisis as of late. Although my background is not in real estate, I am eager to learn about the Houston market. Specific areas that I am interested in are wholesaling and buy-and-hold. I look forward to learning from the more experienced individuals of BiggerPockets, and am ready to start my REI career! I will also be at the Houston Real Estate Networking Club tonight if any Houstonians would like to send me a P.M. to arrange a meet-up at the event.
