Excited to get started from Marietta, Ga

Hi, my name is Sean Grant from the Atlanta area.  I briefly had a real estate license about 7 years ago because I was trying to help my dad get his real estate career going; but, I let it lapse because I didn't see a future in real estate for myself.  Fast forward 7 years and I am now married to a woman who works in commercial real estate and is currently studying to get her license and my interest has renewed!  I started reading and poking around and I would like to get started on helping establish financial freedom for my family!  Any tips and advice is welcome.  Excited to get started!

@Mike Watkins Hey Mike!  I am most interested in purchasing for flips and rentals.

Nice, ok good.  It's definitely the way to go.  @Brandon Turner and @Joshua Dorkin definitely put a ton of work into it.  Every new investor should listen to them IMHO.
