Hi Everyone! 

I'm a newbie who is interested in real estate investing. I want to flip houses, but long term I want cash flow that will bring long term money. I've listened to a few of the Podcast and I absolutely love them! I want to go and purchase a GOOD book to read. What do you suggest? Thanks in advance....

My suggestion : start out with buy hold ( section 8 in Decatur )
