Hi everyone! I'm a newbie and here to learn more about real estate investment, both commercial and residential. I have a few small residential rental properties in my portfolio, but I'm looking for the next one. The 'next one' requires a bigger investment, so I'm here to educate myself so I can make a good investment decision and become financially free to spend more time with my family.
