Hello all, my name is Jason Ashcraft, I'm new to real estate investing, and thinking about jumping into the multi family world.  My day job is manufacturing engineering for a turbine engine repair facility here in San Antonio, but for the last year I have been investing in small online businesses.  This is an extremely profitable, and fairly risky, place to invest, and I am looking for something a little more stable and long term.  Thus I have been researching buy and hold real estate investing.  I'm looking to meet others in the central Texas area, and learn more about the market and real estate in general.

Hey Jason, feel free to give me a call if you're up for coffee or lunch time to talk about the market

I'd recommend going to @Chad Clanton and @Rick Pozos meetups that they run. Good pitch free places to network.
