Rental Investor in Lincoln, NE
Hello, Biggerpockets! I'm a transplant to Nebraska from Central New York. I bought a duplex with my parents when I came to Nebraska for graduate school in 2005. I've managed that property since then, but only after earning my doctorate in philosophy have I decided to take a more serious approach to real estate investing. I joined Biggerpockets to deepen and broaden my knowledge after reading Brandon Turner's "The Book on Rental Property Investing".
I'm particularly interested in investing in rental properties in the areas around downtown Lincoln, especially the Near South, South and North Bottoms, Capitol View, Everett, etc.
