I am a newer investor, my good friend Mike and I own 2 rental properties in Macomb County, Michigan. We are wanting to buy more properties local or out of state as the opportunity arises. I wanted to get other ideas and philosophies from local investors in my area so maybe apply ideals that would work better.

Welcome Justin! We have a metro Detroit investor meet up this coming Tuesday at Champps in Troy if interested. Many local Macomb, Oakland, and Wayne county investors there to talk to! Starts around 6:30 pm.
