Hi, my name is Eric McMullen, I'm new to the site, I'm live in Salem, Oregon.  I retired after 26 years in the fire service, and am now a licensed contractor and a licensed home inspector. 

This past year, I decided to start investing in residential real estate and am currently in the process of flipping three homes.
