Hey fellow investors, just stumbled across this site and thought I'd jump on the bandwagon. I'm relatively new to investing, but I have watched my brother do it for years. I've recently begun studying investing in all aspects back in April of this year. I have taken intensive college classes on Tax & Legal strategies, using Self Directed Retirement plans to invest, Wholesaling, Short Sales, Tax Liens & Deeds, Rehabbing, Subject to existing financing, Seller Financed Notes, etc. I've learned a ton, and have invested in a few deals, so far so good. My brother and I are doing some amazing things with cashflowing properties in the Midwest and Southeast US. Anyway, I'm eager to network with anyone and everyone to see if we can help each other out. We play cashflow 101 once a month and meet with a large network of investors here in Boise weekly. Thanks for having me and hope to do business with you soon!
