New Buy & Hold Investor ( Dubai based)

Hello everyone,

I'm a new member of the BP community, living and working in Dubai.

I'm making my first steps as the Real Estate Investor and looking forward to benefit from the huge knowledge and experience in this forum.

My primary focus is on Buy& Hold investing. Being placed in Dubai I'm currently looking for opportunities in Turn Keys.  I haven't made up my mind yet on the State since I just started my research and would be grateful for any recos and advise.
