Hello everyone my name is Jose Martinez. Im a native Houstonian. Ive been a long time dreamer of real estate. Im here now and i hope to learn to create multiple streams of income while finding my niche on either flipping, wholesale, or BRRR. But i will also welcome other learning experiences.
