Hi All,

I've found this impressive site on real estate investment and I think Josh did an amazing job on creating this site. I want to thank Brandon for introducing me to this site. I have been an engineer my entire life and I look forward to learning something new from everybody on this forum. I hope to visit this site again and again!!
