New member from central MA

Hello I'm a new member to BiggerPockets.   I currently live in Franklin, MA and would like to invest and develop passive income from buy and hold in multifamily properties.  Also looking at creative financing for low cash deals.

I'm currently researching markets in the MA and RI area to determine where to start investing - Greater Boston?  Worcester?  Attleboro?  Providence?    Any suggestions would be welcome.

I'm looking forward to meeting investors and real estate pros in the community.
