Recent College Grad looking to make my mark (South Jersey based)

Hello everyone, 

I am a 23 year old recent college grad who is currently working in his first "real world" job. I stumbled upon this website while surfing the web. I have always wanted to own my business + own properties so I figure why not have my own real estate holdings company? That is my endgame and I hope to use this site and its knowledgeable members to my advantage/also help anyone I can on the other hand.  I currently reside in Cherry Hill, NJ so if anyone is local and would like to connect, do let me know!
