New member from Connecticut
Hi, I'm interested in exploring opportunities in real estate such as buying and holding, and flipping properties as a part-time endeavor (at least, for now). In addition to learning the real estate business, I'm also new to Connecticut and learning the markets here. I am just beginning my education, so I am currently looking at the various opportunities that real estate offers to decide where I want to focus my efforts. I'm looking forward to hearing from those on the forum who have already traveled this road!
