Hello everybody!

I am a newer member to the BP website, been listening to the podcasts for about half year now.  It is great to learn from other people's experiences as I am relatively young in my real estate investing career.

Currently I own 5 houses which I have sold via contract for deed, own 2 rentals (which were both house hacks from my wife and myself), and am most interested in multi family investments.

I look forward to networking and building my portfolio.
